Revision policy
One consolidated correction round is included for deviations from the agreed specification, reported within the review window stated in your quotation. Changes to the original scope (new text, new timing references, new style rules) are quoted separately before any work is done.
Turnaround
Turnaround is estimated per project from total duration, file count, source-material quality and current workload, and is confirmed in writing in your quotation before work begins. Rush delivery can be requested and is confirmed only if capacity allows.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to send the video?
For true synchronization, yes — or a reliable timing reference. Without it we can only reformat timestamps that already exist.
My captions are all late by two seconds. Is that synchronization?
A uniform offset is a simpler timestamp correction and is usually quoted at a lower cost. Tell us what you are seeing in the quote form.
